Refund Policy for Straight View Institute of Technology India OPC PRIVATE LIMITED

1. Scope of Services
  This refund policy applies to all software development services provided by Straight Vie Institute of technology India OPC PRIVATE Limited, including custom software, applications, and maintenance services.

2. Refund Eligibility
  - Refunds will be considered for projects that are canceled before the development phase begins.
  - For projects in progress, refunds may be issued for unused portions of the service, at the discretion of Straight View Institute of technology India OPC PRIVATE LIMITED
  - If the client is not satisfied with the deliverables, a refund request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

3. Refund Process
  - To initiate a refund, clients must submit a written request outlining the reasons for the refund.
  - Requests will be reviewed within 10 business days.
  - Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days.

4. Non-Refundable Services
  - Fees for initial consultations or any work completed prior to cancellation are non-refundable.
  - Any third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client are also non-refundable.

5. Dispute Resolution
  - Any disputes regarding this policy will be handled in accordance with  Seva Bandhu dispute resolution process or relevant laws.

6. Amendments
  - Straight View Institute of technology India OPC Privte Limited  reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
