Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with Straight View Institute of Technology India OPC PRIVATE LIMITED,  agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Provided
The Company agrees to provide software development services as specified in the project proposal or agreement.

3. Payment Terms
- Payment will be made according to the schedule outlined in the proposal.
- Late payments may incur a fee of 10% per month.

4. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, the Client retains ownership of all final deliverables.
- The Company retains the right to use project work for promotional purposes.

5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the project.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers
- The Company warrants that the services will be performed in a professional manner.
- The Company does not guarantee that the software will be error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability
The Company’s liability for any claim arising out of this agreement will be limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the services.

8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, the Client will pay for all work completed to date.

9. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Government of India

10. Amendments
Any amendments to these Terms and Conditions must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be in effect.
